H.E LOR Tithchansopheak

H.E Sopheak is an Advisor attached to The Council for the Development of Cambodia. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economic and Master Degree in Economic Development from Norton University in Phnom Penh.
He can speaks 3 languages Khmer, English and Japanese.

H.E Sopheak also participated in senior training courses such as Stanford Center for Professional Development in a topic of“Leading Digitalization and Transformation of the Cambodian Economy” and Lee Kuan Yew – School of Public Policy in a topic of “Public Policy and Private Sector Development”also with Japan External Trade Organization in the project of “Investment Promotion of Japanese FDI to overseas”.


Mr. SORN Dydenyn

Mr. Sorn Dydenyn is a Deputy Director of Project Evaluation and Incentives Department at The Council for the Development of Cambodia. He holds a Master Degree of Administration at National University of Management in Phnom Penh. He can speaks 3 languages Khmer, English and Russian.


Mr. KONGVONG Cheasthapor

Mr. Cheasthapor is an Investment Projects Monitoring Officer at The Council for the Development of Cambodia. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Norton University in Phnom Penh. He can speak 2 languages Khmer and English.


Ms. THOEUN Chanphallika

Thoeun Chanphallika is officer of Department of Environmental Impact Assessment at the Council for the Development of Cambodia. I hold a Dual Master degree in International Business Law from Université of Libre de Bruxelles and Royal University of Law & Economics. I can speak 2 languages Khmer and English.


Mr. COUCH Layheng

Layheng is a Private Investments Strategies Analysis officer at The Council for the Development of Cambodia. He holds bachelor’s degree in international studies, with an emphasis on International Economics, and holds bachelor’s degree in computer science from Royal University of Phnom Penh. He can speak 2 languages fluently Khmer, English.
