Mr. HO Vongvathanak

Vathanak (阿洪) is a Private Investment Project Monitoring Department of Council for the  development of Cambodia. He holds a Master Degree in International Trade and Economics from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing of China. He can speak Chinese.


Mr. SORN Dydenyn

Mr. Sorn Dydenyn is a Deputy Director of Project Evaluation and Incentives Department at The Council for the Development of Cambodia. He holds a Master Degree of Administration at National University of Management in Phnom Penh. He can speaks 3 languages Khmer, English and Russian.


Mr. LIM Seakpheng

Seakpheng is an official of the Department of Private Investment Project Monitoring of the Council for the Development of Cambodia and a member of the secretariat in leading and coordinating the Cambodia Industrial Development Policy 2015-2025 (IDP). Currently, He is Holding a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy in Phnom Penh. He can speak 3 Languages: Khmer, English and Chinese.


Mrs. SONG Rany

Mrs. Song Rany is currently working at the Department of Private Investments Strategies Analysis of Cambodian Investment Board. She used to attend special designed courses and trainings in China under sponsorship of Chinese government on Industrial Zones Development, China’s Industrial Development Policy for Cambodia and Investment Promotion, etc. She holds Bachelor Degree in Law and special Degree in Chinese language. In addition, she can speak fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.


Ms. SENG Sochindavuleak

My name is SENG Sochindavuleak. I am an officer of Department
of Environmental Impact Assessment at the Council for the Development of Cambodia. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Law Based English from Royal University of Law and Economics and Bachelor Degree in Economics from National University of Management in Phnom Penh. I can speak 2 languages Khmer and English.


Ms. SANG Saychannata

Nata is a Operation and Management
of Special Economic Zone officer at The Council for the Development of Cambodia. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from CamEd Business School in Phnom Penh.
She can speaks 3 languages Khmer, English and Chinese.
